The sweetest eyes ❤️
IMO this is the best photo I've ever taken of a roe deer. There's something about the eyes and the composition that is truly magnetic.
It's sweet and yet somehow melancholic.
It was also a lucky shot because is was 1/80s handheld.
We were in a dark area of the woods but the Sun was rising on the right and on the left there was a bright open field reflecting the light back to the left part of the eye making it shine, giving it depth and a captivating look.
I absolutely love this photo ❤️
