My doctor told me that only exercise will get rid of my big belly. I asked him if I should join a gym. He said, “No, that’s not necessary. Here’s the exercise you need: Move your head back and forth from left to right anytime someone asks you if you’d like something to eat.” 😭 Like this content? Follow us for more @dadsaysjokes ❤️
Train k+lls Mom-Of-7 who was Filming Her Morning Jog On Snapchat with her noise-canceling headphones on Thelma Candelaria, 47, has d+ed after being struck by a train while filming her morning jog along railroad tracks in Eloy, Arizona, United States. According to reports, she was recording one train on Snapchat when another approached from the opposite direction. Her daughter, Alaisha, 29, told AZ Family that her mother did not see the approaching train. “She had her noise-canceling headphones on. She was in her own world,” Alaisha said. Investigators told Fox 10 that the train engineer spotted Candelaria between the tracks and activated the emergency brakes. Both trains also sounded their horns. Police found Candelaria de@d at the scene near Sunshine Boulevard and Frontier Street. A broken orange cellphone was also recovered, while investigations continued. Her daughter reportedly pieced together the incident using surveillance footage and her mother’s social media posts. The family launched a GoFundMe fundraiser to support her seven children, including three minors: Symphony (Nani), Evelyn and Max. The family wrote: “Thelma leaves behind seven children, including three minors: Symphony (Nani), Evelyn, and Max. “Her 21-year-old daughter, Shaunia, will now be stepping into the role of head of household, with the love and support of her 29-year-old sister, Alaisha.” Candelaria had reportedly been baptised just days before her de@th. The fundraiser added: “I find comfort knowing she gave her heart to the Lord, but my heart breaks for the children who must now navigate life without their mother.”
Or tell the story without the emotional aspect so we have full context and then at the end tell the emotional parts so we can separate those two things and not lose our minds cause emotions during drama stories sends the male brain into overdrive. Tap ❤️ + comment “TIGHTS” below for the links to these @vertvie_official pieces from @amazon I know we’re not quite ready for freezing temperatures yet, but trust me, NOW is the time to grab these before you actually need them! 😂 Y’all, this will be my THIRD winter wearing these fleece-lined tights, and I stock up on them every single year! They’re THAT good! Here’s the secret… they LOOK like regular sheer pantyhose, but they’re actually lined with the softest, warmest fleece! And unlike regular pantyhose, they don’t run or snag! They’re perfect for wearing with your favorite skirts and dresses when the temperatures drop, or even under your pants when you need an extra layer. They come in black and coffee brown, different lengths, and have a comfortable control top! One of those little wardrobe finds that makes getting dressed in the winter SO much easier. And if you’re anything like me, you’d rather have them in your closet BEFORE that first cold snap than be wishing you’d ordered them! 😂 #vertvie #vertviepartner #amazonfashion #founditonamazon #getyourcolonoscopy
