Design Thinking:
I selected Eco Bio Vegan Leather, Italian Leather, Lycra, and Cotton for this shoe to create a bold, monochromatic palette that emphasizes the shoe’s structure and texture. The materials offer a tactile experience that feels both smooth and grainy to touch. Inspired by themes of sensuality - the materials deep reds, explosive visuals, and raw textures translate into a visually striking experience that captures both elegance and strength in the footwear design. The deep reds throughout the Color blocking process convey a feeling of strength and raw energy, qualities I wanted to infuse some extra waviness into the overall Colour Design.
We really just getting started out here.
