GG was asking about your work trip with Jesus when we were out picking blueberries. As they filled up their buckets I couldn’t help but think of how often throughout this past year old memories and new mercies dwell together…and sometimes even collide within the same afternoon. God is so gracious with their little hearts. Thank you for the adventures you left with us. Until Heaven makes all things new, I promise to never stop reminding them of all the little moments where Daddy did everything he could to love them so well and give them a life filled with laughter, wonder, and unlimited opportunities for blueberry stains. Most days Heaven doesn’t feel so far away. And in these tender moments it’s extra close…where I can show them how much of your love is still here. GG made sure to set aside a few crunchy blueberries for you. They both know your work trip with Jesus is everlasting, but it’s precious to see them always making sure to save a little piece of their world for Daddy. We love you.

Everybody preaches balance. Nobody talks about seasons. Sometimes you go all in on one thing and push everything else to the side. That’s how anything real gets built. But the first thing we cut is always the thing that kept us sharp, and you don’t notice it in the mirror first. You notice it in your head. What did you cut that you need back? @affluence.io #fyp #building #gym #mindset #ripped
