I dont spend hours pouring over colour charts. I have a formula that i use time and time again in my home. Neutral walls and bring colour and texture in with accessories. If you like the cosy country look, trust me it works xx #bathroom #mybathroom #cottagebathroom #bathroom #pink

Welcome to Hilltop Hoods Laneway! 🔥🎤
A vehicle owner is asking for the community’s help after their black BMW was heavily damaged while parked along Haleʻiwa Road in front of Aliʻi Beach Park sometime between 11 p.m. Friday, October 16, and 7 a.m. Saturday, October 17. According to the owner, three windows were smashed, a headlight was broken, and two dents were left in the vehicle’s body, possibly caused by a tire iron or metal pole. Photos and videos show extensive damage to the vehicle’s windows, including the rear windshield. The owner reported that nothing was stolen and there were no apparent attempts to enter the vehicle. No witnesses or surveillance footage have been identified, and a police report was filed immediately. Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity or has nearby surveillance footage from that night is encouraged to contact HPD. Mahalo to @alliemariewilkinson for sharing this information. Corrections and updates are welcome.
Play, joy, and love are biological necessities, and the science is unambiguous. 🧬 Laughter lowers cortisol and epinephrine, crying releases built-up nervous system tension, hugging shifts you out of fight-or-flight and into calm, singing stimulates the vagus nerve (which governs your heart rate, digestion, and immune response) and dancing actually promotes the growth of new brain cells. These aren’t fringe concepts, this is your physiology responding to joy in real time. We’ve built entire industries around optimizing food, sleep, and exercise, and those things matter deeply, but joy, play, and love belong in that same conversation. Think of them as part of your health stack — non-negotiable, not optional, and available to you right now. Joy IS health.
