Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the graduation ceremony of one of my amazing clients, a school proprietor who invited me as a guest.
I enjoyed every moment, from the adorable performances to the proud smiles on the faces of parents and pupils.

Sometimes we’re so busy looking at our shortcomings that we can’t see how far we’ve come! I keep waiting for when my meditation, face exercises, shoulder exercises, diet, studies to bear their fruits but actually if I really look I already have plenty of fruits around me 😆 I’m so much calmer and relaxed than a year ago! I’m much better at knowing when to slow down. I have way less meltdowns. I almost don’t have days where I just can’t get up or do anything. My face is less puffy. I can explain most concepts of Ayurveda and even give tips to people depending on their constitution. Life is just much better! It’s funny to wait for when it’s gonna be ‘it’ but most of the time we don’t know what ‘it’ will feel or look like! Like I didn’t know I could feel something else than dread and exhaustion on a daily basis, it was just normal for me. Now I know I can actually have a good mental health and feel good! How far have you come from a year ago? What about from 5 years ago? 20 years ago?
