SOMETHING NEW THATS SWEET AND SALTY AND NUTTY AND COMPLEX BUT ALSO NOT TOO COMPLEX
This is the cardamom sugar sesame salt bagel. And it’s available at @penrose_kc now. (And if you have any better names for this one, please drop them below.)
I know many of you like the sourdough cardamom buns that we’ve offered at popups and at Penrose in the past. We’ve put those back in the bread friends vault for the season, but this may scratch the itch.
And even if it doesn’t, I still think they’re pretty tasty ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
