Also, I know this isn’t the case for every one, but just sharing for those who feel guilty for not being more upset. Of course this isn’t the life I planned. I didn’t get married and have children expecting to end up here. And don’t get me wrong, it’s still a rollercoaster. There are hard days, emotional days and moments I want to scream. But overall? I absolutely love my life. I wake up feeling lighter, happier and genuinely grateful for where I am. Looking back, I didn’t realise just how much I was struggling to get through everyday life. And now I feel like I’m actually living it. I’m more present, I’m coping better, and I feel like my children are getting the happiest version of me. It’s not always easy, and it’s certainly not what I imagined my life would look like. But I’ve come to realise that life not going to plan doesn’t necessarily mean it hasn’t worked out for the best. I think we sometimes feel guilty admitting we’re happy when we’re in a situation that society expects us to be sad about. But two things can be true. You can wish things had turned out differently and still be incredibly grateful for where you’ve ended up 🖤
Home is where the heart is. Last night in Los Angeles, a star-studded crowd gathered for Airbnb.org's inaugural gala, supporting the non-profit's mission to provide free, temporary housing to people in times of crisis. From @charli_xcx, who took to the stage for a live performance, to @adelajergova, the McConaugheys, and more, take a look inside the charitable occasion at the link in bio.
Tomorrow, Eric’s memoir will be available to the world. These are his words, his memories, and a very personal piece of himself that he chose to share. We are so proud of him and hope that those who loved him, and those who want to know him a little better, will find something meaningful in these pages. We cannot express what this means to us as a family.❤️‍🩹 Today is the last day to pre-order.  Link in Bio
