CREAMY WHITE LASAGNA SOUP 🍲🤍 (RECIPE BELOW!!)

What’s your ultimate comfort soup?!

Are you team creamy soups or tomato-based soups?! 👀👇

Low Carb + High Protein (150g+ protein total) | Serves 8

Ingredients:

* 1 lb Italian sausage
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil, if needed
* 1 onion, diced
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 6 cups @KettleandFire chicken bone broth
* 1 cup half-and-half
* 2 large zucchinis, sliced into lasagna-style noodles
* 2 cups chopped spinach
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 oz lite cream cheese or low-fat ricotta
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ½ tsp paprika
* Salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings:

* Extra Parmesan
* Fresh basil
* Black pepper

Directions:

1️⃣ Brown the meat: Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and Italian sausage. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.

2️⃣ Build the flavor: Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

3️⃣ Add the broth: Pour in the @KettleandFire chicken bone broth and bring everything to a gentle simmer.

4️⃣ Make it creamy: Stir in the cream cheese or ricotta until melted and incorporated. Add the half-and-half and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.

5️⃣ Add the veggies: Fold in the spinach and zucchini noodles. Simmer until the spinach wilts and the zucchini is tender, about 3–5 minutes.

6️⃣ Serve: Ladle into bowls and top with extra Parmesan, fresh basil, and black pepper!

I always keep @KettleandFire bone broth stocked in my pantry! I love using it in recipes like this and enjoy it on its own, too. ❤️

Save this one for your next cozy soup night! And tell me… what soup should I make next?! 🍲👇
