A New Jersey mother and stepfather are facing first-degree m*rder charges after investigators say their story about a car hitting her 9-year-old daughter didn’t match the evidence. India Miller, 27, and Sean Scott, 45, allegedly claimed the girl was hit while walking a dog in Paulsboro on October 13. But authorities say nearby surveillance showed no traffic during that time, and doctors found injuries inconsistent with a crash. The child later died at the hospital. An autopsy determined she died from multiple blunt force injuries. Investigators also say her 4-year-old sibling reported seeing Scott hit her. Both remain in custody. That little girl deserved safety and care. Read more stories like this at OnsiteGlobalMedia.us (link in bio). 🎥: @6ABCActionNews
Would you try this Mediterranean Chickpea & Chicken Salad?? This comes in at 295 calories, 21g protein per serving (makes 4). If you want easy high protein meals that taste incredible, this is such a great healthy lunch or dinner to have on hand. I usually make a big batch of a chicken salad, tuna salad, or egg salad for simple easy meals throughout the week and the flavors here were amazing. It’s also loaded with protein, and the kind of thing I could eat straight out of the bowl. Comment FLAVOR and I’ll message how you can preorder my new cookbook with 100 recipes that have helped me lose over 150 lbs! Ingredients For the chicken salad: 1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup diced black olives 1/2 cup diced baby pickles 1/2 red onion, finely diced 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 2-3 tbsp finely chopped Thai basil 2 oz crumbled feta For the creamy lemon tahini dressing: 4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp olive oil Zest and juice of 1 lemon 1 large garlic clove 1/4 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp honey (optional) Salt to taste 3-5 tbsp water, to thin as needed How to make it: 1.Finely chop your chicken, vegetables, and herbs. Add everything to a large bowl along with the chickpeas and crumbled feta. 2.Add all the dressing ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to get the consistency you like. 3.Pour over the creamy lemony tahini dressing and toss until everything is beautifully coated, then taste, adjust the seasoning with more salt or lemon, and enjoy! I love this straight from the bowl, tucked into lettuce cups, stuffed into a warm pita, or piled onto crackers. It’s also a fantastic meal prop option that tastes even better once all those flavors have had a chance to come together. If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS ENJOY! . . . #healthyrecipes #lowcarb #healthyfoodshare #mediterraneanfood
