If the statistics in the city where our churches are planted aren’t improving as we grow, it’s worth asking ourselves some honest questions.
The church is called to be a light in the darkness, not just within our walls, but in the heart of the community.
If crime remains high, if families are still struggling, if brokenness continues unchecked around us, then maybe we need to look again at how we’re living out the Gospel.
As the church grows, the statistics in the city should get better. Neighborhoods should become safer. Families should be strengthened. The poor should be looked after.
Because when the church truly reflects Jesus, the whole community is impacted, not just the congregation. 🫶🏼
