Movements require imagination—-Tiffany Lofton. Thank you Southern Poverty Law Center for stretching my imagination as to what advocacy looks like. These past 9 weeks I’ve connected with some amazing change makers. This multi-generational cohort of advocates had everyone from high schoolers to Mayors to business owners, all eager to learn more about how we collectively advocate for change.

Now I must dig a little deeper, stretch a little further and run a little longer. There’s no way I can sit on this knowledge. There were 31 of us in this cohort. I now have 31 brothers and sisters that I get to support in the movement. Thank you Shonna Tillman for being our fearless leader and Waikinya JS Clanton for sparing no resource.

Now, the work doesn’t just continue, it intensifies.
