Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, 30, is facing three counts of second degree murder after he allegedly shot and killed three leasing office employees at the Davern Park Apartments in St. Paul, Minnesota. According to charging documents, Binessu had recently sold his car and was planning to enlist in the Navy, so he tried to cancel his 65 dollar monthly parking garage contract. When staff told him he couldn’t get out of it after just renewing, he allegedly went to the office in person and opened fire.Surveillance video reportedly shows Binessu shooting Adam Wilwerding and Dena Silcox before continuing down a hallway, where more shots were fired.
