So the next step of this writing journey is probably the most painful: Sharing it with others. This part is probably the worst for me since it feels like I am standing in the room naked allowing all to scrutinize every vulnerable bit of myself... I envy others who can write and share with such confidence and conviction. I'm learning to embrace a bit of that but to also be open to criticism and feedback. You realize that it's the fear that you'll be exposed, that you'll be laid bare to the worst thoughts of yourself, and all of that needs to take a backseat to this painful birthing process.

Let go and let it be. So here I go...
