This sweetbread ragù pasta dish won $25,000. At Brooklyn’s Briscola Trattoria (@briscolabk), pasta expert chef Silvia Barban (@chefsilviabarban) makes the signature tagliolini that secured her win on “Triple Threat with Bobby Flay.” Featuring sweetbread (the thymus gland of veal), this ragù might look a little unusual but makes for one seriously memorable pasta dish. Tap the link in our bio to see how Barban makes the winning pasta, and tell us: Would you try sweetbreads?
