Sneak peek into chapter two 👀

Chapter two of our book is focused on the basics of the stages of labor, and peppered with information about what’s *actually* happening in the body. 🤰🏻 What are contractions? What changes does the cervix go through? What does station mean? There are doula tips for each stage, and we begin to touch on the cycles we can get in that either help or hinder the labor process. We wanted to set everyone up with a basic understanding of physiological labor before diving into tools/interventions/medical tools! Enjoy ❤️
