👀 𝐖𝐇𝐎’𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐀 𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐀? 🏆🇪🇸

The battle for the Spanish title has 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 been this open ⚔️

A career spanning continents. Motherhood. Reinvention. And a distinctly Liverpudlian determination to do things her own way.

For our Dec/Jan cover star @iamamyjackson, no two chapters have looked quite the same. From finding fame at just 16 and navigating life in Mumbai in her early twenties, to embracing motherhood and discovering a new appreciation for countryside living and conservation.

We sit down with Amy to explore the experiences, challenges and unexpected turns that have shaped the woman she is today.

Discover the full cover story in our latest issue at the link in bio.

$12 years of Halloween family traditions 🎃 12 years of costumes, crazy ideas, so much laughter, and memories that mean more to me every single year. These are the memories I know I’ll treasure forever. ❤️ One day, when I’m old, (older) lol I can already see myself showing these photos to my grandkids and probably continuing the tradition with them. 🥹 I’ll look back and remember how little Niko and Luna were, how excited I was planning every costume, and all the chaos behind every single picture. This year I had to do Tim’s photo separately because he was away working, and for once I didn’t fight or let it bother me. 🤫 That man is working so hard for our family future that I really can’t complain about anything. We have some big things coming soon. 🥹 Thank you, amigos, for always looking forward to our Halloween family photo every year.

Pojďme vzdělávat rodiny a pomáhat dětem budovat vztah k jídlu a pohybu.
