Collin Gosselin’s New memoir dropped today. In his memoir, Collin details the abuse he endured at the hands of his mother Kate Gosselin. During an interview with Jay Shetty, Collin shared a medical record from his admission into Fairmount Behavioral Health. Collin shared that he was taken to the facility by ambulance, his mother did not come with nor did she say explain why he was being sent there. Kate didn’t show up at the facility to manage his intake paperwork. Instead, Kate gave directions to the RN managing his intake. According to the records shared by Collin, Kate admitted to locking Collin in a room. She justified by claiming a psychiatrist approved locking Collin into a concrete room in their basement. We know this cannot be true as detaining a child in a bolted room with no way to escape is child abuse under the law. The notes from his admission are horrifying. Kate was more concerned about Collin not eating sugar, she refused to speak to him by phone and was paranoid about the facility telling Jon Gosselin about Collin’s location. During his admission, Collin told the intake about the locked room. The RN explained to Kate that a childline report had been made against her. Kate responded, “He always tells wild stories. I’ve been investigated before. Yes, I have a room that I lock him in, and a psychiatrist approved that.” For years, Kate has denied that she ever locked Collin into a room. She’s accused him of being severely mentally ill and a pathological liar. As recently as this summer, she continued to claim Collin was violent and abusive. Collin has not lived with his mother since he was 11 years old and saw her once while he was falsely imprisoned in the behavioral facility. Collin’s book goes into great detail the abuse he endured at her hands. The memoir also exposes the exploitation he endured at the hands of his parents and TLC. “In the Shadow of Eight” is available now.
Journalist @smitasharmajournalist questions Delhi Police for stopping her from reporting, citing the Supreme Court’s protection of press freedom. She also calls out the selective treatment of the media, pointing out that PIB and certain nationalist media channels are being allowed through while others are stopped. @imavdheshkumar reports.
President Trump turned the presidential pardon into campaign theater Tuesday, signing two pardons onstage at a rally in Wasilla, Alaska, as the crowd cheered. An aide brought out the paperwork. Trump joked that the men were now “as clean as a newborn baby’s a**,” then added, “I love doing this stuff.” The men, Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming, had pleaded guilty in 2022 to conspiring to violate the Clean Air Act by removing pollution controls from diesel vehicles. The rally was meant to boost Sen. Dan Sullivan and other Republicans ahead of the midterms. Do you think we’ve become indifferent to a president using the extraordinary power of the pardon as a campaign gimmick?

#CardiB is mourning the loss of one of her beloved Birkin bags! 😭👜 The “Bodak Yellow” rapper took to X to reveal that she may have accidentally left the luxury handbag behind at a hotel. The confession came after a fan shared a throwback video of #Cardi showing off the bag, asking her to bring it back out. Unfortunately, it looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon. “I fuvkin lost her ....its the only bag missing ...I think I left her in a hotel and I’m so sad about it 😢,” Cardi responded. #TJBCrew, have y’all ever lost something that still hurts to think about? ✍🏾: @twilaamoure
