Title: Meditations For Home
Location: Micro Cinema
“In a world where we chaotically pinball from doomscrolling another round of the worst news ever to manufactured social media lifestyles to wondering if you’ll ever figure out the annoying flashing light on your cheap home printer disrupting your sleep — the stakes are real. We just need peace. Direction and answers to the unanswerable questions of life.
Poetry is this much-needed intervention.
It’s the only way to navigate the disconcerting digital deluge.
This visual series is a poetic exploration of what home looks like for several writers and the soft, enveloping spaces their words open up for listeners of their work.”
Featured Poets: @medginespeaks, @inaishasmirror, @t.imiro, Neha Vashist, @giammi.v, @candicejoyoliva & Anna Marie Sewell
