Every year, on Adhira’s birthday, Tiger Shroff has made it a point to be there for her. And what makes it even more special is that all it takes is one WhatsApp message from us. He comes, he makes time, and he makes her day brighter. Tiger, the love you’ve shown Adhira over the years means more to us than you know. As a father, seeing the bond you share with my daughter is truly heartwarming. It says so much about the person you are, beyond the star everyone sees on screen. Today, all of us are praying for you, @tigerjackieshroff . 🙏❤️ May you always be surrounded by the same love, warmth and goodness that you’ve given to our family. #TigerShroff #Bollywood #BirthdayMemories #HeartfeltMoments #SiddharthKannan
20-30 min?! I can work with that!! 🔥 (you’ll want to save this!) I used to think a workout only counted i could carve out an hour+, but now I care about building fitness during the life constraints I have of 3 little kids and a busy schedule— it means hour-long sessions will get skipped at this phase of life. Sometimes going back to the basics of strength & well-rounded fitness can tick every box: 🤝 20-30 minutes 🤝 Simple, effective moves with a sprinkle of heart health and bone density benefits 🤝 Dumbbells at home 🤝 Progressive overload, so the weights bump up and build over time . 10 per side b stance split squat 12 squat to upright row 16 deadbug lat pullover 1 min fast jump rope (heart & bones matter too!) 8 burpee or pushup variation of choice . It really can be that simple and resistance training you can follow on your own terms, from your living room or basement does exist. If you’re a busy mom who wants to get stronger, be able to run around with your kids and build capacity for the future as well, save this for your next workout . Follow along and comment “20” 👇if you want to know how I structure my week and need a lower body & core session to try! 💪🏼
I hope, I managed to tie you up for a few seconds to stay with me after all 🌹❤️
