In late 2024, Kimberly Guilfoyle was named the U.S. Ambassador to Greece, a country with which she had no clear ties. She had previously been engaged to the President’s son Donald Trump, Jr. On Tuesday, Guilfoyle was forced to resign, a year into the post, due to financial misdeeds, including beseeching a Trump donor to wire her a $100,000 to pay her American Express bill. (“Honey please I need you to get this done for me today,” Guilfoyle texted the donor.) “The paradox of Trump Administration corruption is that the most egregious offenders—the President chief among them—operate in plain sight and on a grand scale,” Ruth Marcus writes. “Guilfoyle was guilty of what is, to Trump, a capital offense: her reported grift may have been comparatively small, but it failed to benefit the President and, indeed, made him look bad,” Marcus continues. For that, she was expelled. 😳 Crystal Cove State Beach Hillside Fracture. - I filmed this today 10/15/2026 at around 2:30pm.

I wanted to show how crucial it is that we continue to increase coastal armoring to protect important and critical infrastructure that could mean life or death for the public.

As a major emergency evacuation corridor and traffic artery for the public and residents of the surrounding cities. THIS highway must remain open and secure to drive on. Any loss of this section of highway is going to be a major problem. Why I’m pushing for more coastal armoring AND sand replenishment projects in order to protect property, infrastructure and our coastline. Rather than just “waiting for the sand to come back” . Which is not the correct response to emergencies that are in part caused by humans.

Upstream development has cut off the natural sand supply to our coastline. If you look at Baja and undeveloped parts of Mexico you can see how MASSIVE their beaches are with plenty of sand. Why?.. because they have arroyos and rivers, creaks and streams that erode when it rains and actually naturally replenishes the coastline still.

Where Southern California, Orange County and even the whole state and both coasts of the USA have massive development upstream along with damns, culverts, concrete storm drains, channelized creeks and rivers, sidewalks, roads and millions of homes all preventing that erosion that would result in sediment coming down to our coastlines.

Humans caused the problems, and humans can fix the results of those problems.
