“I’ll be silent for 20 hours… and it’s not just for me.”

Running a business can look like freedom from the outside but behind the scenes, it’s one of the most rewarding and loneliest roads you can walk. Even with support, there are days you feel like you’re out there searching for the path alone.

This year has tested me financially and mentally. It’s reminded me that looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after the work we pour ourselves into.

On 6 September, I’ll be taking part in the @20hoursfor20talk Challenge — no talking, no technology, just me, a notepad, and time to reset. Between now and then, I’m tying this journey to a big shift for Aether Care.
