And here we are, at the end of this amazing experience!
How can we begin to tell what happened, to speak of the bonds we built, the limits we overcame, the small dreams we realised, the moments we shared that have become new memories and experiences to carry with us?
And then how do we tell about the newfound awareness and visions that will now be a part of who we are, of the new ambitions yet to be fulfilled?
All this and much more is what can be achieved in these environments: we saw, yet saw is not the right word, strangers who instinctively and naturally opened up to each other and built new ties and friendships.
Because from the first moments here, you feel that you can blindly trust each other.
We saw, but yet again, saw is not the right word, people help and support each other without being asked, speak sincerely, face homesickness together, hug each other, speak the language of laughter and games, to share advice and listen to one another with openness.
And to cry together in hopes to meet once more, here or in our travels.
We saw all this, yet saw is not the right word because all of us felt and were a part of this. Beyond any differences in age, nationality, culture, or gender.
So to all our young people, we want to say thanks for having come here, for having participated, for having given your all in every way, and for having shown us to be and do together.
We hope you will keep seeking out environments for growth like this.
