It’s not just the soil, though that helps.
It’s not just altitude, though that matters too.
It’s how these peaches are grown.

Both @ranchodurazno Durazno and @toppfruits practice low-input, hands-on farming. Together they offer a wider selection of organic fruit and a longer, more consistent harvest season than either could achieve alone. Their orchards span the prime fruit growing valleys of Western Colorado, from Paonia to Hotchkiss to Palisade, where crisp mountain air and sunshine nourish both crops and community.

“We believe the best fruit is grown from well-tended soil and harvested by people with a deep connection to the land.”

The result? Peaches that are sweeter, denser, and more complex in flavor than anything shipped cross-country.

Try this rustic peach galette:

· Roll out pie dough, add sliced peaches tossed with sugar & lemon
· Fold the edges, bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes
· Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
