God still heals today! What we witnessed at our Dare to Believe healing service was not hype. It was the hand of God at work. ⁣

If He did it for them, He can do it for you! ⁣

Menopause is not the end of our strength — it’s a new chapter of taking care of ourselves. 🌸

Hormonal changes can challenge our bones, muscles, sleep, mood and metabolism. But we can meet this phase with strength, not fear.

🏋️‍♀️ Lift weights.
🥗 Eat well and nourish your body.
😴 Rest without guilt.
💛 Listen to yourself and seek support when needed.

We don’t have to fight our changing bodies. We have to work with them.

Saying no to surgery is part of doing right by you.

If the preoperative exam and evaluation show anatomy is too unpredictable, or your goals can’t be met, pushing ahead isn’t brave, it’s reckless.

A thoughtful no protects your eyes, your face, your function, and your trust. It’s not rejection, it’s honesty. When a surgeon says no, they’re putting your long-term well-being first.

Have a great day
That’s a wrap!!!
