Disagree, no air. It should be annoyingly loud. I actually get worried the customer will get mad if it’s not loud cuz if they’re ordering a flat white then they might know a thing or two about trad espresso and what it should sound like

I always struggle with thin milk, it separates itself at the edge of the cup, anyone else got this?

This is so incredibly helpful. I’ve been trying to make flat whites and they taste good but my art sucks. Milk is way too frothy. Can’t wait to try this in the morning.
