Another year older, and another year of putting up with each other! 🤣

Through all the ups and downs, the laughter and everything in between, I’m grateful for the life we share and all the memories we’ve made along the way.

Here’s to more adventures, more laughter, more memories and many more years of growing old together (gracefully, of course!).

Halle Berry is pushing back against Olivier Martinez’s claims that a photo taken by their 13-year-old son supports allegations of abuse.
_____________________________________________
In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Berry argues that the image shows her standing calmly with her hands in her pockets several feet away from Maceo. She says the photo does not show any bruises, redness, or injuries that would support Martinez’s allegation that she strangled their son.

Berry further claimed Martinez selectively presented text messages and omitted important context to portray her negatively. She also alleged that Maceo’s behavior at school worsened after a temporary restraining order was issued and that he received a full week of disciplinary detention. Martinez has asked that Maceo be allowed to testify about the alleged incident. Berry denies abusing him, saying they were playfully roughhousing before the situation escalated.
