Reclaiming your feminine flow is an embodied art. 🌹

Here are my favorite ways to drop deeper into being, rhythm, & sensuality:

1. Move with intention. Dance like no one is watching.. often. Flow, stretch, sway. Let your body lead without needing a reason — just feeling.
2. Honor your inner cycles. Slow down. Sync with your menstrual rhythm. You are not meant to bloom every day. 🌙 surrender & let go of what no longer serves.. 🥀
3. Awaken your senses. Linger in the scent of your favorite perfume, the taste of a ripe fruit, the texture of silk on skin. Really feel into your being.. Your sensuality is sacred.
4. Be with nature. Connect with her. She doesn’t rush. She doesn’t force. Trust the divine timing of your seasons. 🍃 Be with the elements of nature.. learn from them. Water especially helps me cleanse energetically & when I want to soften.
5. Listen to your intuition. She’s soft but clear. Flow with her. Protect your inner girl — her whispers guide you home.
6. And never forget to play. Let wonder guide you. Create, paint, dance, sing. A curious heart is magnetic — glowing with life force and joy. 🧚‍♀️💫
7. Stay connected to God. However you pray, meditate, and be with the Divine— remember, when all feels dark, you are never alone. Spirit is always near. 🪽
