Ever since I was a child I would say this one thing to myself when I felt others & systems were trying to control me:

They cannot control what is happening inside my mind.

And now I translate it to, they cannot control how I express 🌟 by @flowithaysha

One move away from unlocking your gift..

Where it all starts.

Sensual movement helps me express in words I cannot describe.
Reclaiming the power.
The narrative.

27… thank you for being one of the best years of my life 🧡
And thank you mama Bali & everyone who joined in celebrating and made this day extra special 🌿🌿🌿

A year of transformation and taking leaps for alchemizing dreams into reality ✨

I feel I have found my voice this year and am excited for all that is to come. 🪽 by @flowithaysha

“Nothing special”.. is what I thought of my voice & opinions most of my childhood & teenage years. Let’s keep the peace. Let’s play along.. to everyone’s story except mine. To fit in.. is to survive. Attention or a cry for help?
On and on it went… until a flip switched in my twenties.
And my joy became priority.
As well as my pain.
Years of healing. Years of meeting others in their pain as my heart learned to ride the waves.
Yes I am strong. Yes I am sweet. And yes I have a voice.. who loves to express.
Here is to reclaiming our voice… 🌀
Singing is helping me take creativity lightly again.. enjoying the process without needing to sound perfect ☺️🙏🏽 by @flowithaysha

Reclaiming your feminine flow is an embodied art. 🌹

Here are my favorite ways to drop deeper into being, rhythm, & sensuality:

1. Move with intention. Dance like no one is watching.. often. Flow, stretch, sway. Let your body lead without needing a reason — just feeling.
2. Honor your inner cycles. Slow down. Sync with your menstrual rhythm. You are not meant to bloom every day. 🌙 surrender & let go of what no longer serves.. 🥀
3. Awaken your senses. Linger in the scent of your favorite perfume, the taste of a ripe fruit, the texture of silk on skin. Really feel into your being.. Your sensuality is sacred.
4. Be with nature. Connect with her. She doesn’t rush. She doesn’t force. Trust the divine timing of your seasons. 🍃 Be with the elements of nature.. learn from them. Water especially helps me cleanse energetically & when I want to soften.
5. Listen to your intuition. She’s soft but clear. Flow with her. Protect your inner girl — her whispers guide you home.
6. And never forget to play. Let wonder guide you. Create, paint, dance, sing. A curious heart is magnetic — glowing with life force and joy. 🧚‍♀️💫
7. Stay connected to God. However you pray, meditate, and be with the Divine— remember, when all feels dark, you are never alone. Spirit is always near. 🪽

This is your invitation to soften, to trust, to return home to yourself. Listen to your heart.. and ask it which one speaks to you right now? And share 🌹 by @flowithaysha
