YOUR BELLY IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING! 👀 Bloated before breakfast? Stubborn belly fat? Feeling like no matter what you do, your stomach just won’t cooperate? At 48, I’ve learned one thing: STOP FIGHTING YOUR BODY AND START WORKING WITH IT! Before the world gets access to me, these 5 things get my attention! 1️⃣ POWER PLATE Wake up those muscles! Supports circulation, muscle activation, and movement that may help stimulate bowel activity. 2️⃣ MY SPECIAL MORNING DRINK I start from WITHIN! My morning combination is part of my hydration and digestive wellness routine. Less discomfort, more intention! 3️⃣ WOOD THERAPY My abdomen, waist, and sides get some LOVE! Massage supports circulation, relaxation, and temporarily reduces the appearance of puffiness. 4️⃣ WALK 30 MINUTES Movement is MEDICINE! Supports digestion, heart health, metabolism, and helps reduce visceral fat with consistency. 5️⃣ WAIST TRAIN I love the shaping and support! But remember, compression doesn’t burn fat or replace exercise. NOW READ THIS TWICE! 👇🏽 * A flat stomach doesn’t mean you don’t have visceral fat. * Bloating isn’t always body fat. * You cannot out-train poor nutrition, chronic stress, or inadequate sleep. I’m not just trying to LOOK SNATCHED. I’ve always focus on building a body that FEELS as good as it LOOKS! At 48, this isn’t a quick fix. It’s a LIFESTYLE! 💬 COMMENT “ROUTINE” and I’ll share my complete 5-STEP MORNING PROCESS, including my special drink combination! #Bloating #GutHealth #VisceralFat #WomenOver40 #ɪɴsᴛᴀɢᴏᴏᴅ

The moon and a rainbow rarely show up in the same part of the sky. A rainbow needs the sun low behind you and rain falling ahead, and the moon has to be rising in that exact spot at the same moment. When it all comes together, the moon looks like it's shining right through the colors. It only lasts until the rain moves on. By: @frugalbastard
