The company culture here is phenomenal. This was the most beautiful summer of growth-from learning coding best practices, surrounded by so many other talented and supportive people all around, to the nurture that Lindsey, Lara, Zaira, all the instructors and coaches-Alexis, Baker, Cindy, Cole-just to name a few, all my peers, the other academies, the full time employees who’ve volunteered their time, my mentor, my counselor at SMC-Joan, all the people who’ve supported me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for choosing these lovely scholars out of such a selective pool, and thank you for all my engineering scholars-we beat the odds with the application, our paths, and we’ll do it again. I love you all.

To Team Foster Youth-thank you for trusting me to lead you as Project Manager alongside Daniel, thank you to Better Youth for sharing wisdom and encouraging us all along the way.

To Evan and Bobby, if you ever see this-congratulations. You have built more than a company. This is a community, and thank you for cultivating such a beautiful greenhouse of growth here for your people, and for sharing that with scholars like me.
