Recipe ⬇️ (4 Katoris | 100-120 Cals Each)

🥣 4 lijjat papad
🍠 ½ sweet potato steamed
🌱 100g sprouts boiled
🧅 3 tbsp chopped onion
🌿 Green chutney
🍯 Imli ki chutney
🥣 Skyr
🥨 Baked sev
🥜 Crushed peanuts
🍎 Pomegranate
🍋 Lemon juice
🌶️ Red chili powder
🧂 Salt
⚫ Black pepper
✨ Garam masala
🍋 Amchur powder

👨🏻‍🍳 How to Make

1. Lightly roast each papad on a pan until it cooks on each side. Gently press it while roasting with a cloth.
2. Immediately place the soft papad inside a bowl. Press another smaller bowl inside to shape it into a katori. Let it cool and repeat with the remaining papads. You have to do it within two seconds of taking it off the pan or it will get crispy.
3. Mix the sweet potato and sprouts with salt, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala, amchur powder, and lemon juice.
4. Add papad crumbs to the bottom of each katori.
5. Add the sweet potato and sprouts filling.
6. Top with chopped onion tomato, green chutney, imli ki chutney, Skyr, crushed peanuts, baked sev, and pomegranate.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Before you answer too fast… read the whole thing 😂
1️⃣ Composed in public 🤍 One coffee in with me though and I’m talking about horses, moving somewhere I can surf, a business idea I’ll never start, and why tourists standing in the bike lane should be illegal 😭🚲
2️⃣ I look like I have it together 👀🖤 At home I’m having full conversations with myself in the mirror while my coffee goes cold for the fourth time 😂
3️⃣ I will absolutely steal your food 🍕 Not hungry. Your pizza crust just became emotionally important to me 😌
4️⃣ I romanticize everything ☕️🌧 A walk becomes a whole film. A rainy Tuesday in Amsterdam becomes the best day of my week. Genuinely.
5️⃣ I’m quiet for about ten minutes 😭 Then it’s just the two of us, you can’t get rid of me, and suddenly it’s 2am 💀
6️⃣ I’ll look after you constantly 🤍 Snacks brought, hoodie fixed, “did you eat today?” … then dragging you to the gym with me at 11am 😂
7️⃣ Honestly? Life with me wouldn’t be calm. It’d be coffee, long walks, bad weather we both pretend to love, and me asking you questions nobody’s ever asked you ✨ Would you date me or tap out by week two? 😂
