Simpl? More like “Complicatd.” 🤡 Honestly, I regret every second I’ve wasted on this excuse of a fintech app. The interface looks like it was designed during the Stone Age, the app lags like it’s allergic to functionality, and their “customer support” might as well be a group chat of confused interns guessing what went wrong. I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund — and guess what? They still have no idea where my money is. Every time I contact support, I get the same robotic, copy-paste replies like they’re reading from a broken script. It's like they’re competing for the “Most Useless Team of the Year” award. 🏆 And here’s the cherry on top — found out today that Simpl isn’t even RBI-approved. So basically, I trusted my money to an unregulated, clueless fintech circus. Bravo to me. 👏 If you value your sanity, your money, or even basic human decency — stay far, far away from this app. They don’t simplify anything; they just Simpl-ify your frustration.

Don’t buy anything from the Zepto app. I purchased the Portronics Keypad 3 keyboard, but I received an open-box product that doesn’t work. For the past two days, customer support has been wasting my time without providing any solution. Now, after three days, they are saying it was a “miscommunication” and that they can’t do anything. Instead, they are asking me to contact Portronics directly for this faulty item.

BEWARE! Last SATURDAY night my sister ordered from ZEPTO ,a JIMMY COCKTAIL in lucknow.as she was drinking it and almost finished it she took a sip and a WHOLE LOT OF SHARP POINTED GLASS PIECES ENTERED HER MOUTH . At first she was confused but as she realised it she threw them out of her mouth . I checked the bottle and THE BOTTOM WAS FILLED WITH BIG AND SMALL CHUNKS OF GLASSES . I was truly horrified with the incident and decided to COMPLAIN. I wrote an email to both the companies JIMMY COCKTAIL AND ZEPTO ,a day later JIMMY COCKTAIL'S CEO CONTACTED ME ,AT FIRST HE WAS TRYING TO MANIPULATE ME SAYING IT WASN'T A MANUFACTURING DEFECT LATER HE STARTED HUMILIATING ME AND MY MOTHER, and ZEPTO WAS GENEROUS ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A ZEPTO CASH OF RS 80 ,ofcourse as a COMPENSATION FOR THE THREAT OF MY SISTER'S LIFE . I TRIED CONTACTING BOTH THE COMPANIES AGAIN AND AGAIN ,THEY JUST KEPT BLAMING EACH OTHER AND DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR MY SISTER'S SCANS . TODAY THIS WAS ME AND MY FAMILY, TOMORROW IT COULD BE ANYONE ,LIFE COULD HAVE NOT BEEN FORTUNATE ENOUGH AND SHE COULD HAVE SWALLOWED THE PIECES. IF ANYONE NEEDS AN IMAGE OF THE ABOVE INCIDENT PLEASE DM ME ,JUST SO EVERYONE IS AWARE OF SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF COMPANIES .
