🌴πŸ”₯ KAISER GRILLE REOPENS IN PALM SPRINGS β€” A LEGACY SINCE 1992, A NEW CHOPHOUSE & BLOCK & BARREL EXPERIENCE! πŸ₯©βœ¨ @kaisergrille 🀍 πŸ“ 205 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262 🌐 kaisergrille.com πŸ“ž (760) 323-1003 Same corner since 1992. Brand new room. Meet Kaiser Grille Chophouse β€” The Wood-Fired Chophouse of Palm Canyon. πŸ”₯ FIRE Β· SALT Β· LINEAGE Named for #KaiserMorcus, who broke porterhouse for Gerald Ford across his Vail, Colorado meat counter. He opened this room with his son #LeeMorcus in 1992. The Lebanese recipes came from Sito, Lee’s grandmother. Lebanese by name. Mediterranean by spirit. Chophouse to the bone. ✨ TWO EXPERIENCES, ONE FIRE πŸ₯© THE CHOPHOUSE β€” the big night out. Brandt Prime, one family ranch since 1945, aged and broken by hand in their own room. Choose a centerpiece β€” the 40 oz porterhouse carved and passed, or a whole fish filleted in front of you β€” and build around it. Every cut’s weight, farm, grade and aging is on the menu. 🍷 THE BLOCK & BARREL β€” every day. Butcher’s room in the back, bar out front, more energy, easier prices, full dinner menu at the bar. From 3pm the First Fire is lit: every plate below the lunch card, cocktails from $10, three-course tables $39 / $54 / $69 until six. ✨ BOTH START THE SAME WAY Mezze down the middle, the way Sito set it. Hummus, labneh, muhammara, whipped feta, flatbread out of the 750Β° dome. More flavors, more hands in, more fun. 🀍 ✨ INSIDE THE KITCHEN πŸ”₯ A 108-inch oak-and-charcoal grill πŸͺ΅ A 750Β° almond-wood dome ✨ Four rotisseries πŸ₯© An in-house aging room and butcher’s block πŸ• Lunch Mon–Fri 11:30–3 β€’ Brunch Sat–Sun 9–3 β€’ First Fire from 3 β€’ Dinner nightly Reservations welcome, walk-ins too. πŸ₯‚ Private dining, intimate dinners to receptions of 600 β†’ groups@kaisercorp.com πŸ‘‰ Save this for your next Palm Springs visit and send it to someone you’d bring! πŸ“ Restaurant: @kaisergrille Β· 🌴 Travel: @nika_usai 🍽 Food: @nikafind.foods Β· ✨ Marketing: @atoz.marketing.us πŸ‘‰ Also follow: @visitgreaterps β€’ @visitpalmsprings β€’ @dinegps β€’ @visitcalifornia #PalmSpringsSteakhouse #KaiserGrilleChophouse #VisitPalmSprings
