ELLA ES ❤️

This piece means so much to me because when I watch it, I see Yari. I see my heart, my soul, and all the love and experiences that have shaped me. I see the parts of myself I’ve hidden, the parts I’m still discovering, and the parts I’m finally learning to embrace.

I see a woman who is growing, changing, and falling in love with every version of herself along the way. I also see pieces of the incredible women who inspire me everyday, my mom, my friends, my family, and my close circle. Women whose strength, tenderness, and resilience have helped shape the person I am today. I carry pieces of them with me, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have each of them in my life.

Thank you @novastar.media & @made_by_lala for always helping me bring my vision to life. For allowing me to shine my light through your eyes and hands!

With love and gratitude.

A stray dog, a kicked-dog video and a Facebook row over Sri Lanka’s Pada Yatra led to a deleted comment. Sivarasa Anojan, a Sri Lankan worker in Saudi Arabia, apologised after replying to an insult against Hinduism. A screenshot reached his employer. Five years and a heavy fine became a death sentence on appeal. Sri Lanka is now seeking clemency.
