Simpl? More like “Complicatd.” 🤡 Honestly, I regret every second I’ve wasted on this excuse of a fintech app. The interface looks like it was designed during the Stone Age, the app lags like it’s allergic to functionality, and their “customer support” might as well be a group chat of confused interns guessing what went wrong. I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund — and guess what? They still have no idea where my money is. Every time I contact support, I get the same robotic, copy-paste replies like they’re reading from a broken script. It's like they’re competing for the “Most Useless Team of the Year” award. 🏆 And here’s the cherry on top — found out today that Simpl isn’t even RBI-approved. So basically, I trusted my money to an unregulated, clueless fintech circus. Bravo to me. 👏 If you value your sanity, your money, or even basic human decency — stay far, far away from this app. They don’t simplify anything; they just Simpl-ify your frustration.

Your customer experience is pathetic and I think you have invested all of your money in marketing you don’t care about your customers at all I have been trying to connect and tried thrice calling you but no one was there to respond I placed the order on 31st aug and the order is still on confirmation no further process has been updated on the website what is the status of my order you deliver utility products which mean they are essentials for the person who ordered but this type or delivery service will not make their life easy at all

#MF0221651373 . They have given more than 6-7 dates for deliveries ans still the product is not with me. Orders product on 11th August . 1st delivery date was 16th Aug which wasnt correct After that got 3-4 times msgs that delivery is on the way and not one reached to me and it gets rescheduled by stating that no one was available at house. Finally they committed to resend by air courier and delivery by 27th Aug. Chasing them from yesterday and no one is updating the delivery status, Pathetic delivery experience ever.
