Your comment.. ‘shame being so proudly midlife doesn’t make you less thick as shit’… there was a whole lot more mainly about being an influencer. Royal Enfield has launched a 125th anniversary edition of the Classic 650, called Classic 650 Hypershift. The motorcycle remains mechanically the same as the regular version, but comes in a single, bespoke Hypershift finish that transforms between shades of red, green and gold depending on the light. A 125-year crest on the tank, special sidepanel badging and hand-painted pinstripes are other exclusive details to the Classic 650 Hypershift. Before you set your sights on it, do note that it’s limited to 125 units in each key market for Royal Enfield, including India. Hence, you’ll need to register on Royal Enfield’s website to be able to buy one; speaking of, registrations will open today at 2pm and will remain open until October 28, the day of the sale. RE says deliveries will commence in November 2026. The special edition Classic 650 has been priced at Rs 4.26 lakh. For context, the Classic 650’s current top variant, Black Chrome, costs Rs 3.82 lakh and the base Vallam Red, costs Rs 3.67 lakh, all three prices ex-showroom. Do you think the premium for the Hypershift edition is worth it? . . .
