Been a wild month. Grateful to God . Grateful for time outside and time inside . Grateful to camp around the world . Grateful to my team . Grateful for the ways meditation is transforming my life . Not tryna be a zen master. Just glad to feel content and safe within myself . Tryna show up more potently. Taking a deeper dive inside. Back out soon 🌞❤️🫂
Stop falling in love with potential. 💔 One of the hardest lessons we have to learn is accepting people for who they are right now, not who we hope they will become. We often break our own hearts by clinging to an illusion and ignoring the reality of how we are actually being treated.  It is a devastating realization to understand you fought for a future that only existed in your head. But recognizing this truth is the first step toward real healing and making space for relationships that value you in the present.  As Maya Angelou wisely said: “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.”  Save this post as a gentle reminder to protect your peace, or share it with a friend who might need to hear this today. Have you ever struggled with letting go of someone’s potential? Let’s talk about it in the comments. FORD F150 found his Furever Home. 🏠🐈‍⬛♥️✨️ Ford had lived his life as a stray with FIV. He was a senior boy, so it was a battle for him out there. When he arrived at Katie's, he was a bit shy, but a really nice cat. 🐈‍⬛💙 Ford was always good with his sheltermates and the volunteers. We will miss seeing him in the Boy's Pen peeking down from his favourite perch at the top of the cat tree. ❤️ We wish Ford and his new family much love and happiness. 🏠♥️✨️ Happy Trails Ford 🐾 Post/photo~ Kimmi . . #blackcat #beautifulcat #panther
