Yes! You CAN build a booty after 40! 🍑 Most women think it’s just genetics or age. Meanwhile… I literally doubled the size of mine after 40. Not with crazy workouts, and definitely not hours in the gym. I did it all from home! I started training my glutes with intention, progressively lifting heavier, and making sure my nutrition supported building muscle. Your body doesn’t suddenly lose the ability to grow muscle after 40. But it does need the right kind of training. Random workouts and endless cardio will not build glutes. Over the years I’ve been asked SO many times to create something specifically for glutes… because women kept asking exactly what I was doing. So I finally put it together! My 8-Week Booty Builder is built around the same foundational glute exercises I used that actually work. It’s the basics done consistently and progressed the right way. If you want stronger, fuller, lifted glutes… comment BOOTY and I’ll send you the link for my 8-Week Booty Builder! 🍑🔥 Or comment “97”to get EVERYTHING inside my Built by Sheree app. Full-body workouts, booty-building days, nutrition guidance, recipes, and coaching with me for an entire year! 🙌
