ACTUAL TRINNY WOODALL confiscated my phone 🤣🤣🤣 Apparently my bedtime routine has got so bad, it’s required an intervention… and not just any intervention! 👀 I was lucky enough to spend a restorative overnight stay with @trinnylondon at the incredible @sixsenseslondon, learning all about the importance of sleep, from sound healing and personalised sleep oils to some fascinating advice from sleep and wellness experts. @drtaraswart @theguthealthdoctor and @drjulie 💤 And yes, that really is @trinnywoodall confiscating my phone, treating me to her Take Back Time hand treatment and tucking me into bed! 😂❤️ Take Back Time is @trinnylondon hand treatment, designed to give your hands some much-needed TLC as part of your self-care routine. Unfortunately, Trinny wasn’t available to come home with me and enforce bedtime, so I’m going to have to work on that one myself. 🙄 Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s their own worst enemy when it comes to getting enough sleep?!
