Hunched shoulders? Tight upper back? Neck aching by 3pm? 🙋‍♀️
This 60-second wall stretch undoes hours of scrolling.

HOW TO DO IT:
1️⃣ Face a wall and place your elbows on it, just above head height
2️⃣ Clasp your hands behind your head
3️⃣ Walk your feet back and push your hips back
4️⃣ Let your chest sink toward the floor and feel your upper back open up
5️⃣ Breathe deep and hold 30–60 sec

✨ Form tips:
• Keep your neck relaxed and in line with your spine
• Melt your chest down instead of arching your lower back
• Go slow and only as deep as feels good

💡 Do it 1–2x a day and stand taller in a week.

📌 Save it for your next desk break
👯 Share with your fellow slouchers 😅
