I feel a lot. I feel a lot of emotions. I feel a lot when I’m critiqued online. I read the comments. I know when someone thinks badly about me and sometimes it’s get to me. I grew up like every little girl did which was hating her body and now I’m trying to become a woman who loves it… and it’s not easy. Teaching self-love is really difficult because it’s not always complementing yourself. It’s knowing yourself, spending time with yourself, being intimate with yourself, and then loving whatever version shows up. And it takes time. And it’s not easy. But I think it’s worth it. 🎥 Kutena Studio x Therapyjessaofficial [Self-Love Campaign] Camera: @kristina_kutena Editing: @devisedits Featuring: @therapyjessaofficial We all have in us the ability to fall in love with ourselves and that doesn’t mean we stop finding parts that we’d like to change, or that disappoint us. A parent can be disappointed in their child’s actions but still love them as a person. A human can still grow even if they show themselves ultimate kindness. It’s a process… and I don’t have the answers on how to do it exactly. That’s why I was nervous to be apart of this self love campaign. How can a woman who still beats herself up for how she looks or dresses or for the things she says stand on a literal pedestal and talk about self love? So the script changed— I didn’t “teach self-love” like what was discussed. I spoke about how difficult it is to. I didn’t say “I loved my body.” I said I’m trying. I didn’t say “I achieved” self love. I said I’m striving. All we can do is know ourselves, spend time with ourselves, be intimate with ourselves, and love whatever version shows up. And love it imperfectly. Try saying “I love my mind, body, and soul, exactly as it is… right now. That’s the first step to self-love.

The planet's widest glacier is melting "more aggressively" than previously projected, meaning its impacts on global sea level rise could be double current estimates, according to new research by a team of glaciologists. Thwaites Glacier in West Antarctica – nicknamed the Doomsday Glacier because of the catastrophe its collapse would trigger – is a huge wildcard when it comes to forecasting global sea level rise. From my home office. Everything is rather vintage - the skirt, the silk knitted top, the stockings and the heels. Many people ask me if I wear stockings every day. The answer is not and I think no woman does. Unless you can stay in bed all day. I do not live a life like that. Would be fun though 🙂. Stockings cost a fortune and they are so fragile! Sometimes it’s also way too hot or way too cold for them and sometimes they are just not appropriate to wear. But I do wear them often and often switch my footwear, to protect them, when I am in between events or commute. I sometimes put leggings over them to get from place A to place B. It’s just the practicality of it. But this is what I often wear in my home office, even when I see clients. Just not today! I am still on bedrest, no work, no clients , no stockings or high heels this week. But I can’t wait to start again next week! With some needed adjustments, so I don’t jeopardise my healing. My head is already filled with ideas. . . . #strümpfe #fullyfashionedstockings #vintagefashion #collants #officeoutfit
