Has anyone else had a problem with this brush? I bought one from boots last month and absolutely loved it, hands down the best foundation brush that I have ever used, however a few weeks of using it and the concealer end broke, I tried taking it back to boots, as I had all of the original packaging still and the receipt, boots told me that I needed to contact @itcosmeticsuki directly, I did that and sent various pictures of the brush, receipt and all of the original packaging, and each time I was messaged and asked to send more pictures etc, so I did, however I’m at the stage now of feeling a little bit miffed by it all, I’ve basically spent £35 on a faulty product and am none the wiser to getting the situation rectified. I was asked to provide my email address which I did and still nothing. Hugely disappointing customer service from @itcosmeticsuki 😔😔😔

Which shade are you using here please Rose and are the colours the same as the original CC cream?
