Can it get any better than this?? (Rhetorical one btw) 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♂️

But before we go into the details of this monster, I want to say a huge thank you to @somberg.studio for these exceptional shots and to @bicibavarese for (re-)building the entire bike. Also big thanks to @pandapodium.official for helping me with the crankset ❤️❤️

Now… you might or might remember my @ridecannondale X @teamdreamteam Player 2 frame number 33/50 from @polymerws Machine Portrait in early July.

In the meantime they returned the bike to me and I stepped the build up a bit using this insane @overfastbike Carbon Crankset in 160mm length sporting a 54t aero ring. The crankset weighs less than 300g including axle by the way 🪶🪶

Also, I went from 50mm rim depth up to 58/65mm Eclipse wheels for better aero gAinZ - and as a collateral they blend in much better with the proportions of the huge 1x ring and the beefy aluminum tubes.

For the first time I am also trying @maxxistires.de HighRoad 28mm tanwall tires which create warm contrast to the cold overall scheme.

Professionally waxed chain by @jr_chains ⛓️⛓️⛓️

For the Group set I went down a notch using a @sramroad Force E1 AXS which to me makes much more sense with this build than a RED.

What happens when journalists dare to ask uncomfortable questions?

Journalist Raghav Trivedi recalls being brutally assaulted, allegedly by BJP workers, while covering Amit Shah's rally in Rae Bareli in 2024.

He was beaten, labelled a Muslim because of his long hair and beard, and subjected to communal slurs. According to his account, police personnel were present, yet nobody stepped forward to protect him.

All because he dared to question what was happening at a political rally.

This is the reality independent journalists in India are increasingly forced to confront. When asking questions comes with the threat of violence, and those responsible escape immediate accountability, press freedom itself is at stake.

A democracy cannot function when journalists are intimidated into silence.
