A little bit different Senior Sunday ;)

gorillaz did not deserve to get caught up in that loserslop playlist 💀

What happened to Omarion Hampton 😭

The Chargers’ running back situation has taken a surprising turn, with Hampton seeing fewer snaps than both Kimani Vidal and Keaton Mitchell over the last two games.

Snap counts over that stretch:

Kimani Vidal: 53
Keaton Mitchell: 49
Omarion Hampton: 45

Hampton is averaging just 3.4 yards per carry during that span, compared to Vidal’s impressive 6.3.

The former first-round pick is suddenly fighting for touches in a crowded backfield.

Is Hampton losing his starting job, or is this just a temporary slump?

Bucket List Trip-

A while back, we got a request to head over to Thailand and train with the Royal Thai Navy SEALs. We’ve had a longstanding relationship with those guys, with a handful of their candidates coming through BUD/S every year, but I’d never personally had the opportunity to train with them in their own country. Needless to say, we jumped at it.

Man, what a trip.

Between Joey, Jay, Mikey B, and myself, we’ve trained a lot of people over the years, and we all agreed these were some of the best students we’ve ever worked with.

I don’t know if it’s the culture, the humility, the athleticism, or just their level of professionalism, but these dudes were incredible. Show them something twice and they had it. Their ability to mirror movement was unreal, and more importantly, they asked great questions. They didn’t just want to know how. They wanted to understand why.

We spent time in the classroom, worked day and night on the flat range, and finished with three days of progressive CQB training. Watching these guys develop hour by hour was pretty damn rewarding.

And from the moment we landed until the moment we left, they rolled out the red carpet. The hospitality, food, culture, and genuine respect were second to none. These guys accomplish a hell of a lot with far fewer resources than we’re accustomed to, and that alone was humbling.

Getting the boys together for our first international training trip was already special. But knowing the history between our communities, going all the way back to Vietnam, made this one mean even more.

Easily one of the coolest trips I’ve ever been fortunate enough to experience.

To everyone in the Royal Thai Navy and the Thai SEAL Teams, thank you. You guys are absolute professionals, and we have nothing but respect for you and your organization.

I’ll share more photos and videos in the coming weeks, but I just wanted to take a minute to say how much this experience meant to all of us.

Thailand, you were incredible. Can’t wait to get back. And to all the boys over there, we’re always a phone call away. 🇹🇭🇺🇸

Be A Pro.
