A lot of people have been asking why I cut my hair. I reached a point of hair depression where I was no longer happy with my hair. Years of braids, tension and damage had taken a toll on my scalp and I was struggling with the damage. What many people didn't see was how much I was silently dealing with. I suffered in silence, trying to find ways to restore my hair and scalp but eventually I realised I needed to let go. So, I cut it. And honestly, I am not regretting it one bit. ❤️ Sometimes, starting over is the kindest thing you can do for yourself. This wasn't just about cutting my hair; it was about choosing my health, prioritising myself and giving myself the chance to grow again. Here's to healthier hair, a healthier scalp and a new chapter. I'm learning to embrace every stage of the journey. Sometimes, you have to lose the length to regain the health. ✨
Kratos is getting bigger, and he’s not done yet 💪🪓 Dave Bautista has added 20 pounds of muscle while preparing to play the God of War in Prime Video’s live-action series, bringing him up to 250 pounds. He shared the progress in an Instagram video, rocking a God of War T-shirt and a fittingly Kratos-style beard. Bautista stepped into the role in August after original star Ryan Hurst suffered a serious injury on set, and the scenes Hurst already filmed will be reshot. Production is expected to pick back up in November, with Ronald D. Moore running the show and Teresa Palmer, Mandy Patinkin and Ed Skrein among the cast. Media: @davebautista
