Super excited to host our friend @tomccunanan of @hermiesrestaurant next Saturday and Sunday, the 13th & 14th of September. We’ll be serving 8 courses including dishes like Tuna Kinilaw, Longanisa with Atchara, and Bruleed Saba. I’ll be frying chicken and cooking up some sweets. It’s gonna be the best of times.
