This Chicago marathon has been my best performance so far and I couldn’t be more proud. This summer I poured so much more of myself into running and seeing the return on investment Sunday was special. My training block was way better than last year but not perfect at all. I ran higher mileage but was absolutely lacking consistency and confidence quite often on my end most days. We tripled our volume from last summer and emphasized speed work and holy pay off.

I did feel like I had a lot in the tank during this race. The whole race I felt super strong but couldn’t really catch my stride until the last 4 miles when everyone else starts cramping😭.

TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND STRANGERS!!! The support on the course was absolutely insane! I heard absolutely everyone. Chicago I love you!! I need that sub 3 next year.

Wrapped in marble, but we’re a lot more dangerous. 🖤✨ Some things are just better in pairs.

My best friend. Not sure, I am her best friend 👌🏼 But it’s ok for me 🥰

Она думает, что она просто моя доченька, а она самая лучшая девочка на всём свете для меня!
