I have 5 piercings each side. Helix pain is ok-ish however, healing is a real bitch. Tips to maintain as an Indian: try to wear gold jewellery or a neem's teeny tiny stick if you are unable to afford gold, untill it heals. Never put soap on it. Don't eat brinjal and chicken. Use a ear buds to clean the crust and anything flulid coming, avoid gun shot piercings and cheap metals for piercings.
