Private Lesson: Why this progression?

We start through the middle to raise heart rate, find timing, and simplify spacing. Then we build cross-court on both sides—the longest diagonal with more net and court to aim at—to groove height, depth, and recovery patterns.

Basket reps add volume: first a simple FH/BH rhythm, then a combo (backhand, step inside on forehand, finish with a volley) to train the transition from defense → offense → close at the net. We finish with serves (toss, rhythm, targets) because the point starts there, and a short rally down the middle to consolidate feel and leave with confidence.

What the player is learning
* Consistency first: height over the net, deep cross-court, and clean recovery to the center.
* Directional control on both wings (shape, spin, and margin).
* Transition pattern: recognize a short ball, step inside, and finish at the net with a solid volley.
* Serve fundamentals: repeatable toss, relaxed rhythm, and clear targets.
* Match habits: split-step timing, footwork out of the corners, and smart shot selection.

🎾 Private lesson focused on building a reliable base (rally + serve) and a simple attacking pattern you can use in matches.
